What's Not Covered

VSP does not pay for:

Orthoptics, vision training or any associated supplemental testing
Plano lenses (lenses with less than or equal to .50 diopter power)
Two pairs of glasses in lieu of bifocals
Lenses or frames that are lost or broken, except at the normal intervals when services are otherwise available
Costs for services and materials above the plan allowances
Services and materials that are not covered by the plan
Corrective vision treatment of an experimental nature
