Canon Medical Systems offers an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) medical plan and three consumer-driven health plans (CDHPs) through Aetna.

With the EPO medical plan, all coverage is provided exclusively within the EPO network. There are no benefits for out-of-network care. 

The CDHP medical plans combine PPO coverage with a tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA) that is generously funded by the Company. You are eligible to enroll in an Aetna medical plan if you do not have other medical coverage.

Each plan includes essential coverage for preventive care, doctor's office visits, hospitalization, diagnostic tests, prescription drugs, mental health care, and substance abuse treatment. They also include a 24/7 nurse line, online video consultations with board-certified doctors, and fertility and family planning benefits. 

You have the freedom to see providers of your choice, but you will spend less when you use Aetna network providers. All of the plans use the same Aetna preferred provider network.
