Who's Eligible
You are eligible to participate in the Short Term Disability Plan if you are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in active employment. Active employment means that you are actively at work for the Company:
- On a full-time basis and paid regular earnings.
- For at least 20 hours per week at the Company's usual place of business or at a location to which the Company's business requires you to travel.
Employees who are temporary, seasonal, or who are not legal residents working in the United States are not eligible.
California employees: California-based employees do not have an "hours per week" requirement.
