Jury/Witness Duty Leave
If you are called to serve on a jury or as a court witness, you will be paid your base salary or regular hourly wage less any fees you are paid by the court for serving on the jury, for up to a maximum of four weeks per year. You will not be reimbursed for any expenses for travel.
You must provide a copy of your jury summons or subpoena to your manager or supervisor.
