VSP
VSP offers benefits through a network of more than 22,000 doctors nationwide. If you use a network doctor, the plan covers the full cost of eye exams, lenses, and frames up to the plan limit, after you pay a $15 copayment. If you use a non-network doctor, the plan pays towards these benefits based on a lower, flat-dollar fee schedule, and your $15 copayment is deducted from your reimbursement.
The VSP plan is separate from the medical plan. You can enroll even if you decline coverage in the medical or dental plan options. To be covered, you must enroll and agree to pay your share of contributions.
