Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), administeredy by Lyra Health, provides short-term counseling services and work-life services. It is available to all eligible employees—even if they are not enrolled in a Company-sponsored medical plan—and their dependents. Eligible dependents include anyone in the household (regardless of age, relation, or health insurance coverage) and dependents up to age 26 that live outside the home.
The program is completely confidential and benefits are covered in full. There are no copayments or other out-of-pocket expenses.
Get started by visiting Lyra's website or by calling Lyra at 844-937-4283.
Short-Term Mental Health Support
With Lyra, you can:
- Take their online assessment that will quickly match you to the most appropriate level of care (self guided care, mental health coaching, or therapy)
- See therapists in person or by live video
- Get text-based and live video mental health coaching
- Book appointments on Lyra’s website without the long wait time
- Practice skills and exercises between sessions
- Track your symptoms over time

The plan provides you and each of your covered family members with 16 sessions per year at no cost to you. Lyra mental health benefits are in addition to the mental health and substance abuse benefits that are covered by CMSU's Anthem medical plans.

You also have access to work life services that include legal services, financial consultation, identity theft support, and help finding dependent care. The cost of your first consultations with these work-life services is covered, after which you’ll be able to pay a discounted fee if you choose to continue with any of the offerings.
