Your medical plan options cover a range of services to meet everyday needs, such as preventive care, doctor visits, and prescription drugs, as well as more serious care, including hospitalization, surgery, and other medical services. For all of the medical plans, preventive care received from a network provider is covered at 100% without a copay or deductible.

Canon Medical Systems offers an Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plan and three consumer-driven health plans (CDHPs) through Aetna. With the EPO medical plan, all coverage is provided exclusively within the EPO network. There are no benefits for out-of-network care.
