401(k) Savings Plan

The Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. 401(k) Savings Plan is a defined contribution, profit sharing plan sponsored by Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. ("Canon Medical Systems" or the "Company").

The purpose of the Plan is to enable eligible Employees of the Company and Participating Employers to save for their retirement. The Plan also provides certain benefits in the event of death, disability, or other termination of employment. The Plan is maintained for the exclusive benefit of Participants and their beneficiaries.

This Summary Plan Description ("SPD") contains a summary of your rights and benefits under the Plan as of February 1, 2021. If you have difficulty understanding any part of this SPD, you should call 714-669-2412 if you are a Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. employee or 847-573-6007 if you are a Canon Medical Research USA, Inc. ("Canon Medical Research") employee for assistance.

This SPD is a brief description of the Plan. It is not meant to interpret, extend or change the Plan document in any way. A copy of the Plan document is on file with the Plan Administrator and may be read by any Employee at any reasonable time. The Plan document shall govern in the event of any discrepancy between this SPD and the actual provisions of the Plan.
