Identity Protection
The hacking of banks, credit bureaus, and other organizations is all too common. Armed with your personal information—name, Social Security number, birth date, credit card numbers, and address—criminals can drain your bank account, shop with your money, and get loans in your name.
We hope you never become a victim of identity theft, but if you do, you have a valuable benefit: Identity protection through Allstate Identity Protection.

If you are enrolled in identity protection, log in to the Allstate website.
Enrollment
You may enroll yourself and your eligible family members. Family members include any family member who lives with you or who you support financially, regardless of age.
You may enroll in the plan when you are first hired or during the annual Open Enrollment period using the Company's benefits enrollment system. This will initiate your Company payroll deduction for coverage.
After you have enrolled, Allstate will send you a welcome email. The email will include instructions for registering on the Allstate website so that you can activate all of your identity protection features.
If you enrolled in the family plan, you must add each eligible family member to the Allstate website to begin their identity protection services. This step is required because Allstate allows for a broader definition of dependent than our other benefit plans. To add family members, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Allstate website.
- On the home page, click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page.
- In the drop down menu, click the "Manage Family Members" button.
- Follow the instructions to add each person.
Cost
Identity protection is available in convenient payroll deductions:
- $4.98 for you only
- $8.98 for you and your family members
