Personal Leaves

An unpaid leave of absence for personal reasons of up to 30 days per year may be granted at the company's discretion. You must use all of your vacation hours before requesting a personal leave.

During your leave, you may continue your health care (medical, dental, and vision) and life insurance coverages as if you were an active employee.
