Eligibility and Enrollment
Eligibility
All regular full-time employees of Canon Medical Systems who are regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week are eligible to participate. There is no waiting period.
How to enroll
To enroll, set up a CollegeBound Saver account at the 529 enrollment website. After you create your account, you will have access to your CollegeBound 529 account.
You may enroll at any time throughout the year. Your participation will continue until the date that you withdraw from the plan.
To elect a contribution amount, complete the 529 contribution form and send it to the Benefits Department. You may fax the completed form to 714-276-0693 or scan/email it to Benefits@us.medical.canon.
