CMSU has partnered with Personify Health to bring you an easy-to-use wellness platform where you can participate in fun, healthy activities to help you improve your well-being. Personify Health provides all the guidance, resources, and support you need to live healthier and reach your health goals.

Who Is Eligible?
You are eligible for the Personify Health program if you are a full-time employee of CMSU or a spouse or domestic partner of a full-time CMSU employee (a spouse or domestic partner may enroll in the program even if the employee does not).

Getting Started
To get started, create a new account at the Personify Health sign-up page or on their mobile app. Spouses/domestic partners who are creating their account should use your employee number and the letter “S” at the end (e.g., 12345S).
After you have created an account, you may log in to your Personify Health member account.
New hires can redeem the $60 voucher as follows:
- Log in to your Personify Health member account.
- Under "More" at the top of the page, click “Store”.
- Decide on the fitness device you want to purchase and click the “Buy Now” link to add it to your cart.
- The voucher will display as a $60 credit. If the cost of the device is more than $60, the difference will appear in the total.
Once your device arrives, follow the instructions below for registering your device with Personify Health.
To connect a device—your own or a new device you purchased with the voucher—follow these steps:
- If you haven’t already, download your activity tracker’s mobile app onto your phone and create an account.
- Log into your Personify Health member account.
- Under "More" at the top of the page, click “Devices & Apps”.
- Under “Other Devices & Apps”, find your device on the list and select the link to connect it to Personify Health.
- Follow the prompts to connect your device.

CMSU employees and spouses or domestic partners are eligible to participate in Company-wide activity contests.
To sign up for a contest, log in to Personify Health using your existing username and password. Find the name of the contest and follow the instructions to sign up.
If you don't have a Personify Health account, create an account. Spouses or domestic partners sign up by using the employee’s ID and add the letter “S” at the end (e.g., “12345S”). Under "Social", click "Challenges".
You can participate in contests with a Fitbit, Garmin, Apple watch, or other supported fitness device. To register your device, under "More" at the top of the Personify health page, click “Devices & Apps”. Under “Other Devices and Apps”, find your device on the list, select the link to connect it to Personify Health, and follow the instructions.
